In a strategic move aimed at strengthening regional industrial collaboration, CHINT and Ajlan & Bros signed a joint venture partnership agreement on November 10, 2022, establishing a low-voltage solutions production plant in Saudi Arabia. Branded as “CHINT Ajlan & Bros Electrical Co., Ltd.” this partnership represents a substantial SAR 47 million investment geared toward fulfilling the growing demand for locally manufactured advanced low-voltage solutions for power distribution and automation.

The JV will focus on the production of low-voltage product solutions in the Kingdom and fully utilize its resources for future developments in the smart electrical and energy industry.

This collaboration between local and international companies will drive innovation and comprehensive low-voltage solutions, aligned with market values of quality, reliability, and safety standards.
